The u18 girls went toe to toe with a very strong Teddington team, and matched them and at times outplayed them. The girls went 2-0 down by half time, the second goal a messy outcome against the run of play. However they came back with a vengeance in the second half and scored two unanswered goals. Despite sustained pressure Buccs could not find a winner in normal time, and lost 2-1 in the shuffle lottery. A good proportion of the yr 13s in this team have done nearly 10 years in the junior teams at Buccs, so a special thank you to those for whom this was their last junior match ever. Well played all.
