Team Bath Buccaneers men's 5s put on a show at the University of Bath witha 15 - 0 mauling of Keynsham 2. Buccs pressed hard from the start and were ahead within 2 minutes of the start which set the tone for the match. The pick of the goals in the first half came from Rich 'Guns' Warwick who broke from the half way line and drove at the defense to finish with a rasping shot. The score at half time was 8-0. Keynsham were not able to settle in the second half as the Buccs midfield continued to press high and win the ball back and then release to the forwards who were clinical in their finishing. Hatricks for Marcus Bowman, Henry Young and Sam Reeves showed the dominance of the front line. This was a team performance with Matt Jackson in goal keeping his head in the game and making two great saves late on to protect the clean sheet. The 5s play Chippenham 4s next week and they hope to take their form into this fixture.
