U16 Raiders Girls Success

For a second successive year, TBBHC’s U16 Girls Raiders squad reached the National Supra League Finals held in Nottingham over the weekend of the 12^th and 13^th April. They were drawn in pool A with Surbiton, Guildford and Repton.

Their first game against Surbiton was extremely close, and our girls pushed Surbiton all the way. The game ended in a narrow 2-3 loss.

Next up, Guildford again, another impressive performance from the Raiders to end in a 1-1 draw.

The Final game in Pool A saw the girls face Repton, again another tight game for the girls, but Repton managed to secure the winning goal in the latter stages of the game, resulting in a 2-1 loss.

The girls then played Teddington in the cross-over game and came away with a 5-1 win, which placed them 7^th nationally.

This was a great achievement by the girls and a fitting end to their successful season. TBBHC looks forward to challenging again next season to make it 3 years in a row at National Finals.
